Kukus mendut hingga matang, kira-kira 40 menit, angkat dan dinginkan. <p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Biang: aduk bahan biang sampai bergumpal, diamkan 1 jam.</font></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Roti : Campur biang, tepung terigu, ragi instan, gula pasir dan susu bubuk. Uleni rata. Tambahkan telur dan air es sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis.</font></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Masukkan margarine dan garam, uleni sampai elastis, diamkan 30 menit.</font></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Kempiskan adonan, giling memanjang, oles ¾ bagian yang tidak di oles bahan isi ke arah tengah dan lipat sisanya ke arah tengah. Giling lagi memanjang. Lakukan lipatan yang sama 2 kali lagi.</font></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Giling adonan setebal ½ cm, potong segitiga lalu gulung. Letakkan di loyang yang telah dioles margarine, diamkan 75 menit sampai mengembang. Oles susu evaporated, tabur almond slice. Oven 15 menit dengan suhu 190 derajat C sampai matang. </font></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:PMingLiU;"><font face="Times New Roman">Setelah matang olesi permukaan kue dengan margarine, biar gurih dan mengkilat [aq tambahin sendiri]</font></span></p>
